Spring "Super Food" Inspired Dinner Party - Small Bites/Plates

Tasteful Adventures co-produced a "salon" style event at a friend's private home. The theme was health and wellness. Ken and I brainstormed around this and developed a tasty catering menu based on highlighting some of the best super foods. We sourced from local area farmers and Sid Wainers for most of our ingredients. The results were scrumptious! Call us to develop a healthy and delicious menu for your next party or event!

Cheese Display, Bruschetta and Grilled Artichokes 
Cubed/slices of cheese – Smoked Gouda, Manchego, Goat’s Milk, French Camembert with honey drizzle and pomegranate, Sid Wainer sourced local Truffle Camembert with Onion Chutney, Cheddar with Fig Jam
Bruschetta: Pea Hummus with Avocado, Sunflower greens

Spinach salad with Apples, Pepper-crusted Bacon and Borgonzola, Champagne Vinaigrette 

Small Plates 
Paella with Bomba rice, Shrimp, Mussels, Little Neck Clams, Scallops, and Chicken served on a large portabella mushroom
Our signature Gluten-Free Falafels with Lentil Red Quinoa Pilaf, Blackened Onion and Tzatziki side 
Pork Tacos with imported Italian Roasted Fig and Organic Fennel Caponata
